Irish Trade Industry Awards partner with the Alzheimer Society of Ireland
Suppliers are encouraged to donated prizes to raise funds for the charity
The Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) is delighted to partner with the Alzheimer Society of Ireland for the 2019 Irish Trade Industry Awards, taking place in the Round Room at Mansion House Dublin on Thursday, 24th January 2019.
Each year the Awards bring ITAA members and suppliers together from around the country to celebrate the suppliers and agents leading the Irish travel industry. The ITAA is encouraging suppliers to dig deep and provide prizes for the Charity Raffle taking place on the evening.
Pat Dawson, ITAA CEO, said, “As part of our ninth Irish Trade Industry Awards, we are delighted to welcome the Alzheimer Society of Ireland as our charity partner and I would like to encourage all suppliers to consider providing a prize for the raffle. Not only does it add to the excitement of the awards, but importantly it helps to support such a worthy charity.”
Dawson continued, “The annual Awards are a highlight in the industry’s calendar year and offer a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our achievements and start 2019 on a positive note. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests to the Mansion House once again on the 24th of January.”
Previous prizes have included return flights, week long package holidays to the sun, ferry passage to France, hotel stays, escorted tour holidays, excursions and car hire.
The awards are an initiative of the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) and are organised on their behalf by Business Exhibitions Limited. MSC Cruises are the 2019 headline sponsors, while award categories are sponsored by Dublin Airport, Turkish Airlines, Hertz, Riviera Travel, Ireland West Airport, American Airlines, British Airways, Cork Airport, PortAventura World, Amadeus, The Travel Corporation, TUI, Emirates, Shannon Airport.
