The Nutcracker presented by Monica Loughman Ballet
This festive season Monica Loughman Ballet presents the ultimate Christmas ballet, The Nutcracker, with performances on the 20th and 21st December at the Convention Centre Dublin. LivingSocial.com are offering a range of exclusive discounted tickets for the show.

A classic Christmas tale, The Nutcracker tells the magical story of a little girl called Clara who dreams that one of her toys, the handsome Nutcracker Prince, comes to life and takes her off to the land of sweets. On their enchanted journey they meet the sugar plum fairy, battle with mouse armies and dance with performers from all over the world.
Monica Loughman said of the performance, “The Nutcracker is a ballet for the whole family, from the youngest to the oldest, all will be swept up in Tchaikovsky’s incredible score, dazzled by the artistry of Russia’s finest principal ballet dancers and enchanted by the tale of Clara’s dreamtime adventures. We’re really proud of this production and we definitely think that attendees will be leaving with ‘visions of sugarplums’ dancing in their heads!”
The Nutcracker will feature international ballet stars; Oxana Kardash as Clara, Ivan Mikhalev as the Nutcracker Prince and Anton Ploom as a soloist alongside Irish ballerina Leanne Sexton.
The Nutcracker will be performed by the Monica Loughman Ballet Company in the Convention Centre Dublin, 20th and 21st December at 3pm and 7pm.
