Account Executive
Limelight Communications, a multi award winning communications consultancy, is looking to recruit an Account Executive.
The successful candidate will be an experienced PR practitioner with an extensive knowledge of the Irish media landscape. Agency experience would be a distinct advantage.
Working as part of a small dynamic team, you will provide a proactive and professional role in servicing client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic team player with a keen interest and knowledge of media to join a dynamic communications agency with opportunity to progress to Account Management level.
We’re looking for a creative thinker, with strong organisational ability who is confident and articulate, is social media savvy, great team player and works on their own initiative.
Essential requirements:
- At least two to three years’ experience in PR / communications, ideally in an agency environment
- Understanding of the political landscape
- Project co-ordination experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail
- A strong knowledge of the Irish media
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Experience in implementing social media campaigns
- Ability to think creatively and ‘outside the box’
- Ability to work on the day to day needs of a variety of clients/projects
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong research skills
- Event management experience
- A PRII approved qualification is desirable but not essential.
