Applications are now open to host events as part of Dublin Learning City Festival 2023!
Hosts who want to share their passion for learning are invited to apply
Dublin Learning City has announced that their Dublin Learning City Festival will run from the 3rd to 5th April 2023 to celebrate and promote learning for all, through fun and creative events. The festival is free and open to all members of the public who want to know more about learning opportunities in Dublin.
Dublin Learning City is inviting individuals, organisations and companies from all over Dublin to take part in the Festival. There are opportunities to organise and host all types of events of any length, including seminars, talks, creative workshops, demonstrations, guided walking tours, training sessions, open days, exhibitions, performances and much more!
If you have a free event that focuses on learning and is open to all audiences apply by completing this form. The deadline for submission of events is 5pm Friday 17th of March.
Denise McMorrow, Co-Chair of Dublin Learning City stated, “This year we have spectacular learning events for everyone. Dublin’s Learning City Festival is going from strength to strength. It is an opportunity to try something new and take part in learning events which are free and accessible for all. Learning is fun with Dublin Learning City. Please get involved and try something new. We are aiming for even more creative and diverse events that will exhibit the amazing learning resources present here in Dublin.”
Sean Delany, Co-Chair of Dublin Learning City continued, “We hope that Dublin Learning City Festival 2023 will further help people from all backgrounds to see the fun in learning and the many diverse and different ways there are to learn. We hope that participating in Dublin Learning City events will plant seeds to taking further courses through Open Learning or enrolling in a course in further or higher education. Our goal is to break down socially exclusive barriers to make education more accessible. ”
